BUYER BEWARE! No care taken to get the entire poster in frame. So likely to get a badly clipped print, with either the top or the bottom—or BOTH, as was the case with me—cut off.

Thomas, did you reach out to FAA customer service? I'm sure they would correct the problem for you. As the artist all I can do refer you to them, this is the first time in over 10 years that I've seen a complaint.
